The autopsy reveals that İffet was killed using one of the methods that leave no trace. His brother-in-law, Professor İsmail Sami, directs suspicion toward Suphi. Suphi begins to uncover the truth behind the events with the help of Meryem, İsmail Sami's assistant. However, as Suphi himself begins to doubt the truth, the events take a complicated turn.
