―P.D.323 Gjallarhorn's political interference in Arbrau's Central Parliament escalates into the use of force using mobile suits. It was a group of boys from Mars called Tekkadan who brought the incident to a close. Word of Tekkadan's activities reached the ears of Wistario Afam, who was born and raised in the Radonitsa Colony on Venus.
